[G4] What is the performance on a G4 450 DP like?

Thanks John for your response.  I found the link very useful.

Lately I have been trying to use iMovie and other iLife apps and I
have found that my current G4 400 is just too slow. So I was wondering
if the dual CPU G4 would make much of a difference. Obviously it
wouldn't make a lot of difference.
