[MPA] Cubase/Reason problems after updates

Try some simple, non-invasive OS9 tricks:
1 - throw away the possibly corrupt preferences for each of those apps.
2 - rebuild the desktop file.
3 - buy more ram, or assign a few more MBs to each app, if you have enough
ram already.
