[MV] Dictate looses the mic and won't grab it back.

Hello,

Yes, this is a nuisance. Yes, it is a known bug. I find it irritating  
myself. So, sooner or later it will be fixed. Fortunately, as you  
note, it does not take long for MacSpeech Dictate to get going again.
