[Ti] Powerbooks are too delicate

... or maybe not. I have landed my Ti 400 in a similar fashion and it 
hasn't even been twisted by the fall. But it is used to a rough 
time.:-) It goes in my backpack or on my bike rack most of the time 
without no appearent problem.
