OS X Graphing Calculator

The math teachers at my school love Graphing Calculator from Pacific Tech.
While it runs in Classic mode, they have no plans for an OS X native
version. We have Mathematica, but it's overkill for what they want to use
it for (besides being very expensive).

I'm open to recommendations for a good replacment.
