migrating from 10.1.5 Server to 10.2 - Apache/Lasso/FileMaker

i'm having a lot of problems with FileMaker Pro Unlimited 5's stability 
on my XServe running 10.1.5 Server.  i have read on some FileMaker 
forums that it might run better and crash less on 10.2 client.  what 
i'd like to know are any issues i need to be aware of surrounding the 
apache configuration.  i know OSX Server doesn't like it's .conf files 
touched, but i'd just assume take what i can from the old configuration 
and re-use it.

can i just remove the "include" bits in the httpd.conf file and use 
that for apache?
