[X4U] Using iSight with Windows users

Dear listees,

I could have sworn I had asked this before, but can find know record  
of it or an answer, so here goes again. How does one interact using  
iSight with people Windose machines? Can they use an iSight or must  
they acquire another type of camera? If I use my .mac account, what  
must they use?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
