Used to be that if you deleted an account in Mail, all the saved/stored mail
associated with that account was deleted from Mail, too. Has Apple changed
this in Mac OS X 10.4 of Mac OS X 10.5? If not, make sure that users have
their email completely backed up somewhere -- a reliable backup, in fact --
before suggesting that they delete an email account and re-add it.

It's such a big "Gotcha!" that I think it bears mentioning every time the
suggestion to delete and re-add an account is made.
