[X4U] Undeletable file/folder

No real guess on what's going on . . .unless the folder you're trying  
to delete is on the USB drive and the USB drive has been dismounted.

For deleting the file . . .there are a bunch of utiltiies that will  
force delete locked or otherwise undeletable files . . .or you can do  
it from Terminal pretty easily with

rm -rf ~/.Trash/*

or

sudo rm -rf ~/.Trash/*

According to macosx.com . . .

Here's how you can force empty the trash without getting that annoying  
message:

heres how to empty the trash - shift command delete (and then hit ok)

heres how to force emtpy the trash - shift command option delete

are some more ways.
