[X4U] Mac Midi file editing program

Hello,
I am a new iMac User heavily into music.
I am searching for a powerful user friendly  MIDI Editing program .. I need to be able to change channels .. proportionally alter a large number of Control Code 7 (volume) events etc for theatre organ midi files.
Is there a Mac program that will do this for me?
Most grateful for any suggestions.
