MIDI & iBook

My wife is writing music for a church program. She has a clamshell iBook 300
MHz (1 USB) running OS 9.1 and a MIDI Keyboard. We used to use MusicTime,
Apple MIDI driver, and an old Serial MIDI box, and she could use my Duo 280c
for that, but *she's too good for my paltry Duo* and wants to use her iBook.
;^)

So, we need software that'll take MIDI in & out and be able to print sheet
music. (Must be compatible w/ PDF writer, too, since we're hoping to sell
the curriculum & music after we use it.)

We also need a MIDI/USB cable.

Suggestions? Cost is a major issue, so don't suggest those $600 packages out
there. We're trying to keep it under $100 total if possible.
