	...And for a resident of AZ, I'm surprised it hasn't hit yet! Honestly,
most people would have given up long ago, but you've stuck through one
bad apple (forgive the pun) and are now faced with possibly another. 
Don't
tell yourself you're just being picky, and don't give in— you deserve to
have a machine that's going to give back to you everything you've put 
into
it.
