If everything's working for you without incident, then it's certainly 
hard to argue that you should upgrade. At least, not until some program 
you need requires it, or the features of a new release become 
compelling. :)

However, I believe that 10.2.6 contains security updates that you 
should probably install, so I'll continue to recommend it.
