I'm really not that interested in the semantics of whether I'm booting
or starting classic. My point is, I can't get classic to actually start
-- it keeps giving me the following: "System Error type 102" and
hanging. I'm frustrated and hoping for answers of how to get this
working without wiping the hard drive and reinstalling everything.

Yes, there is a valid system folder -- otherwise I wouldn't be able to
boot in 9.2.

Classic Startup doesn't help -- I still get the same error message!
I'm still hoping for suggestions!
