Crossword Wizard is working the way it is supposed to. I haven't got it 
printing under 9 yet, but I haven't really worked at it. Since I'll 
most likely be printing at work (Windoze network, IP printing), I will 
probably just use Print to PDF and then print it from OS X.

The great news is that I contacted the developer and asked about a 
version for OS X (without using Classic) and he is working on it! It 
should be released in a few months. Hurray!

Thanks again to everyone for all their help diagnosing and solving my 
Classic Startup (or rather non-startup!) problem.
