[P1] Compatibility issues with Panther

Installed Panther successfully on the iBook (600MHz; twin FW) no 
problems at all, except the clock had changed to 24hr format.

OT: Installed also on wife's FS iMac and encountered strange bug: 
lowercase 'a' wouldn't work. Turned out to be her version of the 
excellent 'Synergy'* needed updating.

OT: Sadly couldn't install Panther on my tricked out (G4 500MHz Sonnet 
zif) Beige, but doubtless a hack will appear.

*Synergy is a utility with great functions for using iTunes from the 
menubar - full control without having to go to iTunes.
