attaching ibook to digital projector?

Hi All,
I thought that the external monitor connector that came with my ibook 
g3800 would also connect directly to a digital projector we have at 
school. It is a fairly new epson projector. I found that the adaptor 
and the projector both have female db 15 connectors. Does anyone know 
where to pick up the adapter I need? What's it called? db 15 to 15 
male?
