[iBook] What battery life are you getting?

Updates to the OS don't necessarily always have a direct relation to 
battery life (though many people seem to think they do). In many cases, 
it could be a matter of the age and amount of charge/discharge cycles 
the battery has experienced. How old is the battery? How do you charge 
it?
