[iBook] iBook G3 vs. iBook G4

Hi:

My 700 Mhz iBook G3 has passed.  I was wondering whether it is worth moving up to an iBook G4 or replacing it with another iBook G3.  I use it for documents and E-mail, but was wanting to use it for presentations and possibly running some Windows programs.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
